Default Mqm demand for hazara province

    MQM DEMAND FOR HAZARA PROVINCE

Putting a demand in the Assembly for separate province in Hazara showed the true intention of MQM towards Pashtuns. This act shows how they will benefit from this by creating an internal conflict amongst Pashtun on Pashtun soil and shatter Pashtun unity.
They must know the fact that Pashtuns are now awakened and will react with heavy blow to shatter their fascist aims By doing so they may also pave the way for their own province in Sind ,Jinnah pur.

MQM demand for a separate Hazara province is a hollow cry.
65 to 70 % of the inhabitants of Hazara are ethnic Pashtuns and would prefer to call themselves Pashtuns rather than a separate identity Hazarwal.
If insignificant Haider Baba is not ethnically Afghan, then what is he.,,does he want to merg all Pashtun in his ethnicity if he is so much against the name Pashtunkhwa

It is true language is the big barrier as Pashtu was sidelined after Ahmad Shah Baba Abdali death followed by internal civil war amongst his sons .Pashtun as a people and pashtu as a language suffered heavily in the continous conflicts and wars famously known as the Great Game which started 250 years ago and the war is still going on.

If Pashtuns of Hazara are bilingual or cannot speak Pashtu ,it is not their fault ,it’s the History to be blamed
There are many Pashtuns in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa who are either bilingual or even does not speak Pashtu, that does not mean they should be given a separate identity .They are Pashtuns, their way of living is Pashtun and they take pride in Pashtunwali
Many Pashtuns are bilingual or speak only hindko in Peshawar,Nowshera,Kohat

Similarly famous Pashtun tribes in DI KHAN like Gandapur ,Khakwani,Alizai,Miakhel speak Seraiki but their way of life is Pashtun and they take pride in Pashtunwali
The proud Pashtun tribes in Hazara are Swatis(,who originally came with Mahmood GHaznavi fromAfghanistan as conquererrs and ruled Swat for 500 years. They are credited with bringing Islam to the subcontinent in1000AD).
Other Pashtun or Afghan tribes in Hazara are Tarins (Gohar Ayub family),Mishwanis,Miakhels,Jadoons,Madakhel,Akazis ,Hasanzi,Shinkaris and yousafzis. Each tribe have their pride and golden history. They have eternal relation with their pashtun brothers in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
The forum is about MQM intention why they are so enthioziastic to devide Pashtuns

1.Their intention to weaken Pashtun unity and to start an internal conflict within Pashtuns on Linguistic basis
2Being a fascist class they may create a loby in Hazara and have a foothold in Hazara in Gen. Election
3 Pave the way for their own province in Karachi JinnahPur
4 Pashtuns have been the big obstacle for their fascist advances in Karachi and cerating an internal conflict on Pashtun soil, they will have an open hand to weaken Pashtun unity in Karachi. As already there are many Pashtuns from Hazara living with Pashtuns from other areas in Harmony

Muhajirs from India are well articulated, they came to Pakistan with nothingness but they should not interfere in other people affairs. It is a laugh they have not a single representative in Khyber pakhtunkhwa and are now talking of deviding Pashtun soil. ,But it is a fact Pashtun Unity is on the horizon
Muhajirs from India should not forget the historical fact that they owe much to Pashtuns. If Pashtuns under Ahmad Shah Abdali would have not saved them from the clutches of Marata ,they would have turned back to Hindu Faith
    THANK YOU DR.A.LATIF

MQM is not serious about creating new provinces for seraikis or the hazaras. They know after division of KP and punjab it will become easier for them to demand separate province in sindh.
They want federal gov to create new provinces and are totally ignoring the provincial governments.

    1. MQM is doing this for their own political purposes and their own agenda of a Hindustani (Urdu-speaking) province in urban Sindh i.e. Karachi, or even Karachi and Hyderabad.

Sindhi nationalists have said the creation of any such province will be an act of war.

Sindhi nationalists such as the Sindh Tariq Pasand Party and others regularly put the whole of Sindh (bar Karachi) in a total shut down. In the case of the creation of any Hindustani province they would go further than a regular shut down of Sindh and start total mayhem.

Pakistan survives by goods being transported from Karachi to Lahore, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Peshawar and the rest of Pakhtunkhwa etc.

    2. Imran Khan supports Hazara nationalist demands in the Hazara division.

    3. The ANP leadership are smart and have played the racist Hazara movement cleverly, despite their huge backing from the Punjabi-dominated elite and establishment.

Pashtuns had to wait 60 years for a mere name change, Hazaras seem to have to wait for less than 60 fortnights to get their own province.

    4. The PMAP need to go in to overdrive with a demand for a Junoobi Pakhtunkhwa province comprised of Pashtun areas of northern Balochistan.

The PMAP however is not doing that too much and the only good reason I can think is that it does not want to antagonize Balochi nationalists who view Quetta as their capital.

If however Junoobi Pakhtunkhwa stays with Balochistan, then Pashtuns there would be the majority.

If Balochistan became independent and a democratic state (which is doubtful given the tribal nature of Balochis) the state would become run by majority Pashtuns if it includes the north.

This would guarantee Afghanistan and Pakhtunkhwa problem-free acess to the Persian Gulf.

Culturally however there would still emerge some identity differences between Balochistan Pashtuns and KPK Pashtuns, as there already are to an extent.

Also the majority-Pashtun Balochistan would be right next to the biggest Pashtun city in the world, Karachi.

Default Mqm demand for hazara province

MQM demand foe Hazara province has two fold benefits for MQM; on the one hand it will be used as a precursor to demand a separate province in Sind for themselves and secondly their aim is to divide pukhtoon vote bank in Karachi, which has been made possible by ANP. Pukhtoons living in the city were divided in different parties. Shahi Syed made them realise that they have to unite in order to get their rightful share in the city administration, govt jobs, seats in professional colleges for their children and developments in their areas which have been historically deprived etc. New generation of pukhtoons are getting quality education, albeit, slowly and they will be competing for jobs with the existing populace, who have monopoly. I know a number of pukhtoons divided families who are deadly against ANP in their home towns but they support ANP in Karachi for their own benefits. Hazarewal should be wary of this fact. They should not fault on this aspect. Please unite for your own cause.

Mohajirs have a superiority complex and believe they are more Muslim than others and that Urdu is more "Muslim/Islamic" than Pashto, Sindhi, Bengali etc. They want a Mohajir-controlled Karachi and Hyderabad. However Hyderabad and Karachi are not physically connected.

As far as I know Shahi Syed emerged from the Pakhtoons of Karachi including jirga councils and was eventually chosen to become ANP leader. People (Pakified Pashtuns) can mouth "dil dil Pakistan" bla bla and accuse the ANP of being "da Indian agents" etc, but as you said when push comes to shove every Pashtun in Karachi whether he is from Quetta, FATA, Pekhawar knows that the ANP stands for their rights.

Any attempt to create a Mohajir province will mean war and the possible end of Pakistan. 50 million Sindhis will not accept their land and coast being taken away from them.
