THE SIMPLE TWO-STEP SOLUTION OF THE GLOBAL WAR ON TERRORISM

This letter is focused briefly on the solution of global terrorism. It is the matter of necessity to tell the truth for the reason that the false political rhetoric have failed in its entirety. The truth of the matter is that the fundamental reason for the ongoing violence in Afghanistan and other Islamic countries is the Anglo-American-Israeli aggressive policies against the Muslim world.

The hostility between Al-Qaeda and the Anglo-American-Israeli allies is the result of specific Arab issues which has nothing to do with Afghanistan’s occupation. Al-Qaeda is Arab Organization which is fighting to achieve two specific Arab’s goals:

1- To liberate the Arab’s land of Palestine and Al-Aqsa Mosque occupied by the Zionist regime of Israel with the military and financial help of the United States and UK in 1967. Al-Aqsa Mosque in East Jerusalem is the 3rd holiest place in Islam religion. For this reason, the occupation of Al-Aqsa Mosque is not only a Palestinian issue, but a religious offense to the entire Islamic world of 1.5 billion Muslims

2- To withdraw American and British forces from the oil-rich countries of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE, Qatar and Oman in the Arab peninsula. The people in these six countries are ruled by single royal families with the military support of the USA and UK.

The long-term animosity between Al-Qaeda and the American-British-Israeli allies will never end unless these two issues are resolved. In other words, the USA, UK, and Israel can overcome the ongoing widespread violence in the Arab world by taking the following simple two steps:

1- To create a Palestinian State side by side with Israel.

2- To promote democracy and free-elected governments in the oil-rich countries of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE, Qatar and Oman, instead of supporting the governments of royal families in those countries.

By taking these two steps, the hatred between the over 300 million Arabs in 23 Arab countries and the Anglo-American-Israeli allies will end definitely, and Al-Qaeda will disappear by itself. Al-Qaeda is in fact the product of the Anglo-American-Israeli oppression of Arab people and occupation of Arab countries. for global peace and stability, I highly recommend the creation of Palestinian State, liberation of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and promotion of democracy in the oil-rich countries in the Arab peninsula. The world peace should not be sacrificed for the aggressive policies of the Zionist regime of Israel and the well-being of the tiny percentage of individuals and the oil-companies in the USA and UK.

I was medical doctor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for eight years and know the fact that, if any political organization tries to bring democracy and overthrow the governments of the oppressive ruling royal families in the oil-rich countries in the Arab peninsula, USA and UK will be the only two governments to prevent the democracy in the Arab peninsula, because of their oil interest in those countries. The royal families rule the people in the oil-rich Arab countries by the military support of the USA and UK. Without the USA and UK’s military support those royal families can not rule and oppress the people in the Arab Peninsula.

The purported war on terror in Afghanistan against Al-Qaeda is futile. Al-Qaeda is fighting for Arab issues against the USA and its allies everywhere in the world including, but not limited to Afghanistan. If the occupation of Afghanistan ends, the hostility between the invaders and Afghan people will end. But the animosity between al-Qaeda and the Anglo-American-Israeli allies will continue, because it is related to Arab’s issues.

Al-Qaeda is very determined enemy of the USA and its allies and always seeking to fight against USA, UK and Israel for the reasons stated before. If the USA and its allies invade any country, Al-Qaeda will fight the US’s forces in that country. If the US ends Afghanistan’s occupation, Al-Qaeda will disappear in Afghanistan by itself. In other words, the main reason for the presence of Al-Qaeda in the Afghan anti-invasion armed resistance is the American occupation of Afghanistan.

The USA and its allies are always seeking friends in the world, especially in the Christian-white European countries to joint them to fight against Al-Qaeda. Similarly, Al-Qaeda is also seeking allies especially in the mid-east, Iraq, Palestine, Afghanistan, etc. where people are oppressed by the Anglo-American-Israeli allies, in order to fight against the US, UK and Israel.

I believe that the ongoing war on terror is not a global issue, but specifically limited to Al-Qaeda and the American-British-Israeli allies and/ or between Arabs and Jews in general. United States and Great Britain are the two most supportive governments of Israel in the world, because the United States and Great Britain have the highest numbers of Jewish legislators outside of the Zionist regime of Israel.

The USA and UK occupied Afghanistan for three specific geopolitical objectives in 2001. The occupation of Afghanistan under the political slogans of war on terror, and democracy fooled no one. The only way to make peace in Afghanistan is to end the occupation. In Afghan culture harming and killing of innocent people are inexcusable, and incite retaliations. For this reason, the longer the occupation, the more the violence in the country.

In conclusion, Afghanistan people do not differentiate between the former USSR invasion, and the present USA invasion. Afghan people are fighting for their freedom and independence against the invaders. I sincerely request the USA and its allies to end the occupation and respect Afghanistan’s independence. For further facts and evidence, please read the new book “The Truth of Terrorism” ISBN 9781440150517, in order to know the facts that why the Anglo-American great game of terrorism in Afghanistan is failing. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Akhtar Qassimyar, M.D

For Pashtun it is better to side witht the US, UK and Israel than with the hypocrite Arabs who are fighting their war on our land.

Profound thanks to Dardmand to posting the excellent article on this site (below) written by
Akhtar Qassimyar, M.D. Dr. Qassimyar has written a good article based on his life's actual experiences working as a physician in Saudi Arabia.

However, Dr. Qassimyar's below points, which the US has pursued under President Bush and now under President Obama, are contradicted by his suggestion that we walk away from the former terrorist government of Afghanistan, the Taliban, and their allies, al Qaida. To do so collapses all hopes of democracy, education, and a better life for all the people of Afghanistan. The Dr.'s intentions are good but if democracy is good for all the Arab nations now ruled by royal lines as you note, then democracy is good for Afghanistan, too, not a return to Taliban/al Qaida dominated rule of a most brutal and murderous nature.

Afghanistan has no meaningful infrastructure, little in the way of natural resources, and the highest illiteracy rate in SW Asia, approaching 90% illiteracy.

The future of NATO's war against terrorism in Afghanistan is in flux right now. I, for one, favored offered use of Turkish troops in both Iraq and Afghanistan, but here we again get into ethnic conflicts which are antidiluvian, backward thinking and prevent any hope of social and economic progress for the grassroots downtrodden masses who barely exist under all forms of governance todate. But the complexities of ethnic rivalries and hatreds is plentiful, as between the Kurds and the Turks, which is the major reason the allies and NATO chose not to use Turkish troops in Iraq. But, I felt and still feel that the Turkish peacekeeping troops could be airlifted over Kurdish areas of Iraq into non-Kurd areas and used to help restore law and order if the new government of Iraq itself wants to invite them in. Use of Turkish troops is now a national government matter for Iraq as they are now running their reorganized nation under it's own, new Constitution.

As regards Afghanistan, Turkey has funded numerous projects, schools, building of new mosques, roads, and the like, but use of Turkish troops in large numbers to help train up the Afghan military and security police is not in open discussion at present, but in my humble view, should be brought up by President Karzai before his Parliament for their due consideration, provided that Turkey would now be willing to send training troops in significant numbers into Afghanistan.

Al Qaida and it's allied and affilidated terrorist groups are active today in Pakistan and Afghanistan, trying to get into action inside India, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Egypt, Thailand, Malaysia, and many other nations. Al Qaida's reach is thin but what I refer to as "mad mullah's of the Wahabbi radical Islamic sect sort" are trying hard to gain footholds in several nations and will continue to murder innocent Muslims and those of all other faiths until they are as we used to say during my active duty military days... until al Qaida is "taken out" or killed off.

The world, Pakistan, and Afghanistan need more help from the locals, the natives of both Afghanistan and Pakistan to point out and help clean up, clear out, and kill this dreadful enemy to end their violence threats to the grassroots masses of the area and to al Qaida's continuing threats to all parts of the world where they, to this day, scheme to create death and mayhem, as occurred on 911 in a massive "demonstration project" yet again, over and over. The al Qaida are brain dead but seem to think use of violence and threat of violence will simply win the day for them worldwide. They are heretics to true Islam and the sooner we can assist them to arrive at their true destination, Hell, the better off the world will be.

The good doctor's intention and experiences are appreciated and in some instances are good ideas, but as to resolving the bigger issue of ending terrorism the terrorists are determined to "die fighting" and we need your help in your region to find and oblidge them in this regard.

Israel and Palestine as to free standing nations were to be created by the UN Resoluiton in 1947, but the Arab world at that time refused to recognize Israel which delayed until today the creation of a free standing Palestine.

The vast majority of Afghans and Pakistanis are not ethnic Arabs. It has been the Arab nations, some of whom now have made peace with Israel (Egypt and Jordan, in particular) who have been entrapped by what to me seems more religious fanatascism than common sense... who have fouught the reality of the UN mandate ever since 1947 of the two nation solution, a free standing nation of Palestine and continuation of the free standing nation of Israel, side by side.

Isreal and India are the two best working models for and of democracy in the Middle East and Asia. Part of the fierce Arab continued opposition to Israel is sheer religious hatred, which absurd in that the peoples of the Middle East are all of Semitic origins, are all blood kinsmen.

Fighting blood wars over bent views of religion disgusts the vast majority of the people of the whole world, but doesn't look likely to stop or go away anytime soon, I regret to say.

The irony of all the wrong headed religious blather that the radicals and terrorists put out is counter statements by people like Iran's President Ahmadinejad who before the UN on worldwide TV this week now ending recited his Islamic belief and view that Mohammad tells him that Jesus will be with God at the final judgement and will at the right hand of God judge the quick and the dead.

The irony of Ahmadinejad's statement is that our Holy Bible teaches that Jesus, who was crucified dead, buried, and raised up from the dead by God himself then ascended into Heaven, as witnessed by mankind at that time in history, "from whence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead."

Christian theologians note that Mohammad's uncle was a Christian (Catholic) monk who viewed Mohammad as God's messenter to the Arabs, but not as misconstrued today by the heretic Islamics of al Qaida and the Taliban.

At the UN this week Libyian President Kadafi proposed a secular Palestine and a secular Israel. A majority of UN member nations walked out on Kadafi's speech at the UN before he started speaking due to his involvement with the freeing by Scotland of the Lockerbee convicted bomber. But Kadafi's idea of deemphasizing religion to calm the Israel-Palestine waters, as put forward by anybody, even dicatator Kadafi, is always a welcome idea to thinking people everywhere.

For those who do not know, Israel already is a secular nation from it's inception in 1947. Practicing "religious" Jews among the civilian population of Israel are estimated at no more than 10%. There are conceivably, numberially, more practicing Israeli Arab Muslim citizens than "religious" Jews in Israel today.

Dardmand, we need to hear more from people like Akhtar Qassimyar, M.D., on this site, more level headed and well intentioned, highly educated men like him to deepen and enrich the dialogue here. One of the many understated roles of younger, better educated Pakhtuns in Pakistan and Afghanistan today is to join in the political parties and elected bodies of government of both of these nations in intellectual, well though out, practical ways, to help develop rational, defused from extremist thought and slogans, to help all mankind find a better way to live and work together for our common good.

Again, thank you Dardmand for posting this good article.
