In one of the Raiwand Ijtemagh, one of the Tableeghee scholar said “Pukhtuns have grabbed 15 pennies out of total 16 in a rupee and are desperately trying to get the remaining one, Punjabis! hurry up and do something otherwise Pukhtuns will get the last penny as well”

Whenever, I visit Tableeghee Ijtemah at Raiwant, I always feel proud to see that more than 70% of the participants are Pukhtuns. I also found most of the Pukhtuns amongst the people coming from other areas like Punjab, Sindh and Kashmir.

Tableegh has really brought light in Pukhtunland. I remember there were many Heroin addict Pukhtuns but after entering the Tableeghee Jumaat they cutout all bad deeds including heroin. Besides, other good deeds, one becomes highly patient and abstains himself from wrong doings. Tableegh is rapidly growing in all Pukhtunland and I am sure, in near future all the Pukhtun soceity will become tolerant and peace loving. All the external efforts to motivate Pukhtuns for violence will thus become futile.

I have found Tableeghees highly motivated and loyal for Islam. A person, who set asides his personal interests and strive for the others to offer prayer and to abstain from wrong doing, will give birth to a peaceful era, an era we all are dreaming for.

I am astonished there are people in this forum who consider Tableeghees militants, probably they dont know abc of Tableeghees. They are the preacher of Islam which means peace and not violence as portrayed by some fanatic mullahs.

I agree there are some people in Tableegh, who despite having spent sufficient time in Tableegh, do not adhere to the teaching of Tableagh. But then this is what they call, Hidayat, they might have spent time but with no Hidayat.
However, I have reservation about the time spending out side the family. I have never seen a single case where the family of a Tableeghee has ever suffered due to his absence. Before leaving for Tableegh, they normally cater for everything. We normally spend years in the foreign countries to earn money, if we have to spend some time in the cause of Allah, it will never make much of the difference.

I think this is the only group which is practical, they dont believe only in sitting in the mosques or Madrassah, if one has to learn Islam, he has to go out.
However, practical for those people who preaches but do not act upon their saying is true.

well i have seen some of them sell thier land and go for tableegh .
yes thier families suffer when they sell land,quite job and go for tableegh.
not all of them but some of them are do,nt care about thier families.

they are always in group and d,nt do practical things.
most people are fed up with thier talking.they ask you to go for tableegh but never ask how your family and you servive.they never ask these question but pushing you to leave home and go for tableegh?
some of them are realy nice but many of them becom more munafequ too.
one in my village join tableegh and he quite the job and spend most of his time in tableegh.after few years he went to afriiqa for tableegh and sell his land to pay and now his wife and children suffered cuz they got nothing left.
his only son is very young ,no longer studying and it this young age he work as labourer.
the main point here is that you care about ,,khuqullah,,,but not khuqulubaad so how can you become good muslim if you agnore ,,khuqullubaad.
both are important.
for example they say ,,safai nem iman de,,but i have never seen any tableeghi cleaning streets,front of home,dera etc.

Yes I dont deny you statement, normally the Aalims in Tableegh prohibit such practices. They will never allow you to sell your property, land and leave your family without any income source and you go for Tableegh.

About Huqooqullah and Huqooqul Ibad. I think we should also be practical. See in todays world what is happening around us but if you visit a mosque at about 03:00 AM where Tableeghee Jumaat is stationed, you will find that a Tableeghee offering Tahajjud and crying in the prayer. You know what all he may be asking from Allah? Logically it should be to ask for forgiveness, or Jannat, or son, or property etc. But believe me there is nothing like that but he cries and pray from Allah to give hidayat to one of his neighbour who doesnt offer prayer, so that he starts offering prayer. Now you tell me what is this Huqooqullah or huqooqul Ibaad?

Armani lala the main problem is most of the tableghees are lay men, and not scholors and Aalims, so there is always a contradiction in words and deeds.
When you come across good sholors in them they are amazing in every respect, and are the true representation of Islam.
I sugeest that more and more educated people should join there and will serve a good cause and will be helpful in building a good charater and personality.
they are people of non-voilance, and harmless, which is the need of the day.

There is one thing common between Nationalists and Tableghees, both are non-violent. However, if we analyze the outcome, there is a mark difference. I have only seen Nationalists making all kinds of hullabaloos for restoration of democracy and their seats in NA and PA. I have never seen them coming out of their homes to protest against the menace of heroin and other crimes in our society. While on the other hand, Tableeghess besides earning a lot for After World, have done a wonderful job in elimination of these crimes. I know so many of them are now very good human beings.

With due respect to you and others who may feel the same way you do…I respectfully disagree with you and at the same time, I do sympathize with you because as most Pashtuns whether in Pasthunland or outside, have been brainwashed and mislead.

The Tableeghi Jamat is the creation of British intelligence and the Pakistani ISI (Inter-Services Intelligence) simply inherited the Jamat after the creation of Pakistan. Before I further delve into this matter, let me ask the following question from all participating members:

1) Why aren’t there ANY tableeghi jamat centers (the so-called markaz) in the State of Afghanistan?

Today, the Tableeghi Jamat has presence in every single Muslim country as well as dozens of non-Muslim countries. Ever since their creation and rise in South Asia, why did they not ever bother to enter Afghanistan as missionaries? Why did the leadership of this sect not ever visit or create a markaz in Afghanistan?

My dear, within Pashtunland, Tableegh is just another tool to completely wipe out the rich and ancient Pashtun culture, traditions, language, and more importantly, the sense of Pashtun Khpalwaki (some call it nationalism or Ulas Parasti too…) along with many other purposes of this ‘tool’.
